Baki Urmanche Museum in Kazan

The Baki Urmanche Museum is a state repository of works and memorial items related to the life and creativity of the painter, sculptor, graphic artist, and educator, the people's artist of the RSFSR and TASSR, as well as the laureate of the RT State Prize named after G. Tukay, Baki Idrisovich Urmanche. It opened to visitors on February 26, 1999, in a two-story stone mansion with an attic, which is a monument of 20th-century architecture with elements of modernism.

The museum's exhibition is organized according to a historical and chronological principle, including a documentary and memorial complex. It is presented in sections dedicated to sculpture, graphics, and painting, covering all the main stages of the master's creativity.
