In Moscow, just 20 minutes from the Kremlin, lies the most hidden garden, perfect for getting lost in the urban hustle. It is said that this small green corner has been preserved since the 17th century. Passing through the wrought-iron gates and climbing the ancient steps, you will find yourself in a shady square with a view of the skyscraper on Kotel'nicheskaya Embankment.

Before the 1917 revolution, the garden belonged to the Morozov family, which is how it got its current name. Previously, it was known as Kokorevsky Garden and Narbekov's Garden, named after its former owners V. A. Kokorev and the Narbekov family.

From the Morozovsky Garden, there was a view of the Moscow Kremlin and the John the Baptist Monastery. The garden is surrounded on three sides by a retaining wall, separating it from Kholovskoy, Podkopayevsky, and Bolshoy Trisyatitel'sky lanes. Before the 2001 reconstruction, the garden could be accessed through two stair entrances at the corners. Now, access is through a single arched entrance from Podkopayevsky lane. Since 2011, free access is only available to the lower part of the garden.
