The Trinity-Odigitriev Zosimova Desert is an Orthodox women's monastery, founded in 1826 by the venerable Zosima with the blessing of Metropolitan Filaret of Moscow. It was established as a women's community on the estate of court counselor Maria Bakhmetyeva.

The main stone buildings of the monastery were constructed in the mid-19th century. Insurance documents provide information about the structures, indicating that in 1910 there were 57 buildings in the central estate of Zosimova Desert.

Over time, the buildings were repeatedly reconstructed and used for various purposes. From 1920 to 1928, a labor cooperative of nuns operated here, from 1925 to 1968 there was a home for the disabled, and from 1968 to 1998, a summer pioneer camp of the Moscow Metro. During this period, a swimming pool, sports facilities, and playgrounds were built on the territory. In 1996, a decision was made to restore the monastery, and since 1999, the monastery has begun to revive.

Restoration work is planned on the territory of the Trinity-Odigitriev Women's Monastery Zosimova Desert in the settlement of Novofedorovskoye. Four buildings, which are objects of cultural heritage of regional significance, will be restored: the clergy house with an annex, the economic building, a house with a mezzanine from the early 20th century, and the bell tower from 1910.
