The Monastery of Prophet Elijah, located in the city of Sint-Hubert, is an Orthodox male monastery of the Western European Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church. It was founded in 1972 by monk Pachomius, who used funds inherited from his parents for this purpose. The blessing for the establishment of the monastery was given by Bishop Dionysius of Rotterdam (Lukin). The first liturgy on Christmas 1972 was conducted by Archpriest Ioann Heyvman.

In 1974, the monastery became part of the Western European Exarchate of Russian parishes. In the same year, on November 4, Archbishop Georgy (Tarasov) ordained monk Pachomius to the rank of hieromonk. In 1982, Archbishop Georgy (Wagner) granted the monastery official status. In 1985, with the increase in the number of residents, hieromonk Pachomius was elevated to the rank of igumen. At this time, several nuns began to reside at the monastery, for whom a separate house was built in 1987.

In 1991, Igumen Pachomius was elevated to the rank of archimandrite and remained in this rank until his death in 2007. In September 2018, after the disbandment of the Western European Exarchate of Russian parishes, the monastery became part of the Western European Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
