The women's monastery of the Icon of the Mother of God 'All-Merciful' in Krasnodar was transformed from a parish established in April 2003. The initiator of the construction of the church and the founding of the monastery on the territory adjacent to the regional oncology dispensary was the chief physician of this dispensary, Honored Doctor of Russia and deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Krai, Yuri Evgenyevich Dudik. Currently, this is the only monastery dedicated to the Icon of the Mother of God 'All-Merciful'.
The monastery is located on two plots: the main one is in Krasnodar near the oncology center, and the skete is in the Dinsky district, northwest of the Plastunovskaya stanitsa, on the banks of the Stavok River, by the M4 'Don' highway.
To the northwest of the church is the administrative building with narrow windows in an ancient style, the monastery shop, and a security room. The basement of the building houses the refectory, kitchen, prosphora room, and laundry; on the first floor, there are the abbot's and guest cells, accounting office, computer room, and changing room; on the second, the sisters' cells, sacristy, library, and utility rooms; in the attic, the sisters' cells, craft room, rehearsal room for the choir, and utility room. Icons are placed in the premises.
The monastery follows the Rule of the New-Tikhvin Women's Monastery from Yekaterinburg, known for its strict regulations, Byzantine singing, and icon-painting school. In 2008, four residents took monastic vows, in 2011, three, in 2012, four, and in 2014, one. Currently, there are four nuns, seven sisters, and three novices living in the monastery.
Since the beginning of the services, all liturgies have been conducted according to the monastery's Rule. The monastery staff includes five priests. The Divine Liturgy and evening service with Byzantine singing, which the sisters learned at the New-Tikhvin Monastery, are held daily. After the evening service, a procession is conducted around the monastery. The sisters' midnight office with the 500th Psalm is served at midnight, as on Mount Athos. The unceasing Psalter is read around the clock by the sisters and parishioners. Five times a week, a paraklesis with an akathist is held before the Miraculous Icon of the Mother of God 'All-Merciful', where sick individuals from the oncology dispensary and other hospitals pray. The sacraments of confession and communion are performed daily, and the sacrament of anointing is held weekly. Baptisms are also conducted. Priests visit seriously ill patients in hospitals to perform sacraments. On Sundays, a water blessing service is held in the lower chapel. The church is open daily from 7 AM to 8 PM.
