A fifth church dedicated to Constantine and Helena has appeared in Bugulma. A 19th-century building, which belonged to a women's monastery before the revolution and was recently used as a driving school, has been allocated for it. This building, located near the detention center, is now open to all who wish to visit. Previously, there was a school for girls here, where they taught the Law of God, church singing, literacy, and arithmetic. Just a year ago, old Soviet desks stood in the rooms, and the walls were shabby, but recently the building has been thoroughly renovated and restored to its original appearance.

This church will serve as a place of ministry for the sisters of mercy, who help care for the sick and prepare for Communion in the central district hospital. In the church, they will engage in cleaning, maintaining order, assisting parishioners, and selecting spiritually beneficial literature. It is possible that in the future they will take monastic vows.

The opening of the new church in Bugulma became a celebration for the believers. Many gathered here despite the early hour. Bishop Methodius of Almetyevsk and Bugulma, along with the clergy of the diocese, began the service at 7:00 AM. The church was consecrated with full rites. During the Liturgy, the believers went in a procession to the Kazan Cathedral, where they were presented with an icon containing a relic of Saint Helena. Then, singing prayers, they returned to complete the service.
