Sergey Andreyevich Shatelen (1873, August 1, 1946) was a Russian statesman who served as the director of a department in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Empire and held the rank of actual state councilor, equivalent to a major general. In the Provisional Government, he served as the deputy minister of finance. Shatelen was dismissed for refusing to recognize the Bolshevik government. After emigrating to the United Kingdom, he worked in the banking sector.
