The cemetery holds the remains of 27 English soldiers who died during World War I from 1914 to 1918. During World War II, 42 more servicemen were buried here, from both the British Army and allied forces. Among them was one Pole and a Soviet soldier, Red Navy sailor Ivan Maslakov.
