Boris Vladimirovich Gerua (March 9, 1876 - February 28, 1942) was a Russian military officer and artist. He participated in the Russo-Japanese War and rose to the rank of major general during World War I, where he took part in the Brusilov Offensive and received several awards for it.

After the 1917 revolution, Gerua was appointed chairman of the Special Military Mission in London, which provided material assistance to the White Armies.

After the Civil War, he settled in Chelsea, London, and later moved to Devon. There, he trained as an artist, participated in exhibitions of the Royal Academy of Arts, and taught at the Hampstead Institute. Gerua was also actively involved in the activities of Russian officers' societies in exile and wrote a memoir.
