The skit of the Serafimo-Diveevo Monastery, dedicated to the holy martyrs Flora and Lavra, began to take shape in May 1997. It is located 2 km from the main monastery, near the pre-revolutionary monastery hamlet on the Lomovka River, where the candle-making workshop and laundry used to be. The cattle yard, which was previously in Diveevo, was moved there. The sisters living in the skit provide the monastery with dairy products.

In 2004, with the blessing of the late Metropolitan Nikolai, a monastery cemetery was established next to the skit. The first to be buried in this cemetery was Sister Ioannikia Rogozina.
