The Literary Museum of Viktor Alekseevich Savin, located in the village of Nebdino, began its operations in 1986. It is housed in a building that previously served as a primary zemstvo school.

This building is a monument of history and architecture from the early 20th century. The school opened in 1905, and among its teachers were notable figures such as folklorist and composer P.A. Anisimov and poet and philosopher A.A. Maegov.

In the 1920s, a reading hut and a people's house operated here, where V.A. Savin staged his plays.

In 2008, a new exhibition was created in the museum, spread across three halls. The first hall is dedicated to the history of the village of Nebdino and contains relevant documents and materials. The second hall begins with lines from the poem "Zev nimkod' syolomly" ("The Heart is So Joyful!"). The third hall is dedicated to writers and poets of the Kortkeros district, showcasing their photographs, books, and manuscripts, as well as works by local amateur authors. The museum's collections hold over 1800 exhibits.

The museum organizes field trips and offers visitors workshops and lectures featuring masters of applied arts.
