Фото 1
Pavel Vladimirovich Bibikov, son of an officer of His Majesty's Life Guards Ulan Regiment, was born in Tver and comes from an ancient noble family. His ancestors suffered from repression, and his father died in Austria in 1945. After moving to Latin America, he began collecting Russian items, which eventually became the largest archive in Brazil.

He created an extensive library of pre-revolutionary and émigré Russian publications, numbering several thousand volumes, as well as a vast archive of documents. Additionally, he founded a museum of pre-revolutionary Russia and assembled the largest collection of samovars. Pavel actively participates in community life and provides assistance to the St. Nicholas Cathedral in São Paulo.
