The Krasnogorsk Local History Museum began its work in 2008. Its collection includes 525 exhibits. The museum has organized thematic corners: "Folk Life," dedicated to the Hero of the Soviet Union I.N. Lysenko, our fellow countryman, a corner of military glory, and a corner that tells about the history of the formation of the settlement of Krasnaya Gora.

The museum actively holds exhibitions, excursions, evenings, meetings, lessons of courage, and other educational events. Schoolchildren and preschool children enjoy visiting it.
