The service building, like the entire estate of I.A. Morozov, is currently used by the Russian Academy of Arts. Muscovites can freely view only the end facade, which has a modern finish. However, the service building itself is an ancient structure from the early 19th century, built in 1810. At that time, at the request of the owner, Major General A.A. Tuchkov, the entire estate was reconstructed: a two-story stone residential house replaced the old chambers, a 'human wing' was allowed along Mansurovsky Lane, and a utility building and stone fence with gates were erected.

Under Tuchkov, the service building was a rectangular, two-story structure with a basement, extending deep into the courtyard. In 1899, under Ivan Morozov, the entire estate effectively became exhibition halls for his painting collection. The service wing also underwent renovations: the height of the building was increased, and the main facade was re-finished. The building became a carriage house and housing for coachmen and servants.

The building forms the front of the development along Mansurovsky Lane and closes the space created by the estate's structures. Its main facade faces the inner courtyard and is decorated in the classical style. The facade is rusticated, with windows adorned with triple fan-shaped moldings and window sills with 'stones.' In the center of the building are two rusticated archivolts, above which is a round window with a rusticated molding.

The decoration of the main facade has survived almost without significant losses: the rusticated archivolts and the molding of the round window, window sills, cornices, all original.

The southeast courtyard facade has also retained its early 19th-century finish: smooth plastered walls, a plastered base, and a profiled cornice common to all service facades. Some of the window carpentry has even partially survived.

Notably, the interiors of the building have preserved their historical spatial-planning structure to this day. The existing single-flight staircases with concrete steps were made during the reconstruction at the end of the 19th century. The rooms on the first floor are covered with 'Monier' vaults, also from the 19th century.

The service building of Morozov's estate has been restored and adapted for a restaurant. It is a cultural heritage site of federal significance.
