The ensemble of the Horse Yard of Khoroshevskaya Stables was built in the 18th and early 20th centuries.

The architectural features of the grand entrance gates and the harmonious arrangement of the service buildings of the stables, supply depots, and artillery warehouses represent an outstanding example of the planning structure of buildings in the classicism style of the late 18th century. The original design of the ensemble's layout has been preserved here. It is noteworthy that the horse yard, which emerged in the late 17th century, fulfilled its historical function until the 20th century.

Khoroshevskaya Stables holds significant historical importance. In the 18th and 19th centuries, military reviews and drills were held here, and during the Great Patriotic War, a militia was gathered.
