The bell tower 'Peresvet' is part of the Trinity Cathedral complex. This free-standing bell tower, which stands 80 meters tall, was built simultaneously with the cathedral from 2006 to 2008.

A bell named 'Peresvet' weighing 16 tons was made for the bell tower. On June 24, 2011, a dome and cross were installed on the bell tower. On December 16 of the same year, a bronze monument to monk Alexander Peresvet, a participant in the Battle of Kulikovo, was placed under the vault of the lower tier of the bell tower. Subsequently, the monument was moved a few meters and is now located next to the bell tower.
