The Klintsy Local History Museum, founded in 1946, houses around four thousand exhibits covering the period from 1823 to 1985. The museum also has about 4,500 photographic documents taken from 1895 to 1985.

The museum's exhibition is divided into three main sections. The first section, "Nature of the Region," is dedicated to the flora and fauna of Klintsy, showcasing interesting species of plants and animals. The second section, "Klintsy Antiquity," includes Old Believer icons and books from past centuries, many of which are unique. Here, one can see handwritten folios and a 19th-century weaving loom, as well as learn about the history of the cloth industry in Klintsy. Household items from the 19th century and small sculptures are also displayed.

The third section covers the recent history of the region, starting from the 1917 revolution, including the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War. Items related to these events are exhibited here.

The museum is located in a wooden one-story building, which is a monument of 19th-century architecture. This mansion previously belonged to merchant nobility.
