The building of the Treasury Chamber and Treasury on Rtishchevskaya Street (since 1935, Soviet) was constructed according to the design of architect K.A. Borisoglebsky and has survived to this day. In the 1920s-30s, it housed Soviet institutions. In late October 1941, as German troops approached, the building was burned down. After restoration in 1947, it housed a construction and assembly technical school at the address: Soviet Street, 14.
