In 2008-2009, a new brick monastery church was built in honor of the Theodorov Icon of the Holy Mother of God with funds from the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company. This large pillarless structure with five domes and a tent-shaped bell tower located at the northwest corner is executed in a traditional architectural style. The church was erected on the site and in the forms of the old summer cathedral of 1765, which was destroyed in the 1930s. The former church had chapels dedicated to Catherine and Great Martyr Antipius, added in 1872, as well as Theodor Stratilates, arranged under the bell tower in 1835.
The consecration of the new church took place on September 12, 2009, conducted by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Rus.
