On November 12, 2017, the historical park 'Russia, My History' opened in Novosibirsk, becoming the first such park in the Siberian Federal District. The building, which previously served as the Garrison Officers' House, was restored for its placement.

The park features four exhibitions: 'Rurikids', 'Romanovs', '20th Century: From Great Upheavals to Great Victory', and 'Russia, My History: 1945, 2016'. Special attention is also given to the history of Siberia and the Novosibirsk region.

Each exhibition covers a significant historical period and consists of several halls. The information is organized in such a way that visitors can independently explore topics of interest without the help of a guide.

Due to the vast amount of material presented, it is recommended to split the visit to the museum into several trips. At the end of each exhibition, there are small quizzes designed to help check how well the new material has been absorbed.
