Khutor Lomy has a rich history, which is why the authorities of the Vorobyovsky district pay special attention to it. In the past, Russian families lived here, engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry. However, during the Great Patriotic War, almost all the men who went to the front perished in battles. After that, life in the khutor began to quiet down, and soon it became deserted. In 2003, the khutor began to revive, transforming into a national park created to protect forests and ancient monuments. Today, Khutor Lomy is a landmark of Voronezh, a unique historical museum, and a popular spot for tourists.

The park area 'Khutor Lomy' is located in Voronezh, in the Vorobyovsky district, 240 km from the city. Its activities are actively supported by the local department of culture and tourism. Previously, there was a small settlement with historical buildings and picturesque forests. When creating the park, it was decided to preserve the historical name and partially restore the old khutor, adding new elements such as a pond, a mill, an artificial forest, and wooden structures. Here, one can have a wonderful rest: cozy cabins for accommodation, a spacious dining hall, and a concert hall are provided for guests. And for those who want to fully immerse themselves in nature, there is an option to stay overnight in a tent, which is not prohibited by the park organizers.
