The Art Museum in Bazarniy Karabulak was opened on September 29, 2012, on the day the settlement celebrated its 320th anniversary.

Its creation was made possible thanks to the Tyugaev spouses, natives of this region, who now live in the Moscow region. Lyudmila Alexandrovna, a Doctor of Arts and a distinguished cultural worker of the Russian Federation, heads the art gallery "Sosny" under the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. Her husband, Vladislav Alexandrovich, is a candidate of technical sciences. They donated over 400 works of art from their collection to the district, which includes works by 70 well-known Russian artists, sculptors, and masters of decorative and applied arts and photography.

Today, the museum in Bazarniy Karabulak occupies nine halls located on two floors, with a total area of about 800 square meters. It includes a cinema hall and a storage facility. Currently, the museum houses about 760 exhibits.
