The church dedicated to the Conception of St. Anne was built in 1896 in the village of Donskoye, Zolotukhinsky District. According to tradition, it was erected by benefactors Kondrat, Anna, and Maria, which is why it is known to the people and in some documents as the Kondratyevskaya Church. The building, made of red brick, has two floors: it was originally planned that the upper floor would be used as a church, and the lower one as a church school.

In 1937, the parish came under the management of the village council, which decided to dismantle the dome and bell tower to accommodate a school in the building.

In 1992, the Kondratyevskaya Church was transferred to the Kursk-Belgorod Diocese. Currently, services are held in the lower church, dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God "Donskaya."

There is no information about previous churches in the village of Donskoye. There are also no other active, restored, or under-construction churches in the village and its surroundings.

In 2012, the Church of the Conception of St. Anne celebrated its 116th anniversary.
