In the county town of the 19th century, three churches were built: the Znamenskaya Cemetery Church in 1885, the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, built in 1835. To this day, only the Presentation Church has survived, which is recognized as a monument of 19th-century architecture.
