Фото 1
The stone church of the Entry of the Most Holy Theotokos in Lyubyshi was built and decorated by the factory owner Ivan Akimovich Maltsev in 1820. Before this, there was a wooden church with the same name in the village. The parish included the village of Lyubyshi and the villages of Psury, Romanovka, Khizovka along with adjacent settlements.

In 1937, the church was closed and converted into a grain storage facility. In 1992, the building was transferred to the Russian Orthodox Church. With the assistance of the director of the Dyatkovo state farm V.V. Khudokormov, a major renovation was carried out, and in December 1993, the church was consecrated by Bishop Paisiy of Oryol and Bryansk.
