In the village of Budanovka, a parish was opened on April 11, 2001, and on April 28, 2002, with the blessing of Metropolitan Juvenal of Kursk and Rylsk, the construction of the church "All Saints, who Shone in the Land of Russia" began with the laying of the first stone.

According to the decree of the diocese dated November 20, 2001, the abbot Athanasius became the rector of the church, under whose leadership the construction began. In 2004, the drum and dome were erected, and on October 20 of the same year, a cross was raised, consecrated on September 27 during the feast of the "Exaltation of the Holy Cross."

On the feast of the "Meeting of the Lord" in 2006, the residents of Budanovka heard the ringing of the bells of the parish church. In the same year, a protective grille was installed around the drum and a stone fence around the church. Bells weighing 1500 and 300 kg were purchased with donations from parishioners. Inside the church, the dome was painted with the image of the "Transfiguration of the Lord."

In 2008, the construction of the bell tower began, and in the same year, parishioners donated another bell weighing 5700 kg. By the end of the year, all the bells were installed on the belfry.

A Sunday school for children aged 6-10 years has been opened at the church, designed for the first year of study.
