The parish in Ituzaingó was organized by Priest Georgy Romanov, who arrived on December 1, 1946, from Geneva to Buenos Aires with his family on the instructions of the Hierarchical Synod to prepare for the resettlement of emigrants from Europe. Upon arriving in Argentina, Father Georgy began to fulfill his assigned duties. The society "Orthodox Russian Hearth" was established, which allowed them to rent a large space in old stables, where incoming settlers were temporarily accommodated. In the far room of this space, a makeshift church was arranged in the name of all saints who shone in the Russian Land, consecrated on June 18, 1947.

The construction was carried out by Archpriest Georgy Romanov, Ivan Yurkevich, Francisco Fatur, and Valeriano Barco. The church, built in the Novgorod style, was completed in 1962. In the crypt of the church, a burial place for Saint John of the Caves was arranged, where the remains of the deceased were placed in small coffins on shelves, transferred here from cemeteries after the lease period of the burial plots expired. Homes for the poor and lonely elderly, "Russian Hearth," were also built, as well as a house for the rector and clergy.
