The Church of All Saints, a stavropegial church of the Russian Orthodox Church, is located in Strasbourg.

On June 22, 2003, on the day of All Saints, a parish in the name of All Saints was established during the founding meeting of the Russian Orthodox community, which is part of the Korsun Diocese. On February 12, 2004, the parish was officially registered with local authorities. Initially, the parish was located in a small space in the city center on Coq Street, where the first services were conducted by Priest Nikolai Nikishin, visiting the parish twice a month.

On March 25, 2004, the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church decided to establish a representation of the Moscow Patriarchate in Strasbourg to present the church's position in the Council of Europe. The parish received the status of stavropegia, subordinating directly to the Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus.

In April 2007, the Church of All Saints moved to a new rented space on Niederbronn Street, which was equipped according to the traditions of the Russian Orthodox Church: an iconostasis was installed, and a space for gatherings and educational activities was created.

On October 2, 2007, Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and all Rus visited the parish during an official visit to France. He addressed the city authorities with a request for land allocation for the construction of the church.

On January 17, 2011, the Strasbourg municipal council unanimously decided to provide the Russian Orthodox Church with land for the construction of a church and parish center on Bussango Street, near international institutions. The plot was transferred to the parish on March 15 after signing a 99-year lease agreement.

The church project, designed in the traditions of Russian northern tent architecture, was developed by architects Dmitry Pshenichnikov from Moscow and Michel Arnold from France. The building height was 41 meters, width 15 meters, and length 30 meters. The project included a conference hall, meeting rooms, offices, and residential and utility spaces for the representation of the Moscow Patriarchate at the Council of Europe. Construction of the church and parish center began on December 4, 2013, and on December 7, the parish rector, Igumen Philip (Ryabykh), held a prayer service for the start of construction in the presence of the mayor of Strasbourg, diplomatic representatives, and many believers.

The construction was funded by private donations. In 2018, Igumen Philip (Ryabykh) noted that the main financial supporter was the Russian company Transneft, with support also provided by Vnesheconombank, the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant, and some Russian businessmen. Donations came from people in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Serbia, Greece, Romania, and other countries, even from Japan. Named donations are recorded in the parish memorial book 'Lepta'. Local enterprises carried out the construction work; however, the domes, crosses, tent, and apse of the church were manufactured in Russia. Mosaic and ceramic works were done by Oleg Shein, and three icons for the church were painted by Dmitry Pipichin.
