The church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God 'Quick to Hear' was consecrated on November 22, 2012, in the building of the Regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary by Metropolitan Lev of Novgorod and Staraya Russa. The first service was attended by Alexander Smirnov, Deputy Head of the Novgorod Region Administration, Galina Mikhailova, Chair of the Committee for Health Protection, Alexander Petrov, Chief Physician of the dispensary, the Sisters of Mercy from the Novgorod Society of Orthodox Physicians, medical staff, and patients of the dispensary. After the Divine Liturgy, a glorification took place before the icon of the Mother of God 'Quick to Hear.'
