The church in the village of Tundrino was built in 1894. The Clerical Record for 1897 notes that during the Soviet era, the church building was used as a grain storage facility, a club, and a warehouse, and for some time it housed a library and a small cinema. However, the villagers always remembered the church. The reconstruction, carried out according to developed documentation, began and was completed in 1997-1998, restoring the church's appearance. During the work, a 19th-century church book, the Typikon (Rule), published in Moscow by the Synod printing house in 1877, was found under the floor.

The church in honor of St. Panteleimon the Great Martyr and Healer, miraculously preserved in Tundrino, is an example of traditional wooden architecture in Siberia. Built on a high bank of the Ob River floodplain, it dominates the village and serves as a true adornment of the area. Small in size but remarkably harmonious and bright, the church delights the eyes of the parishioners.

The restoration of the church was carried out by the administration of the Surgut district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug as a monument of wooden architecture. On December 20, 1998, it was consecrated by Bishop Dmitry of Tobolsk and Tyumen.
