The stone church dedicated to the Three Saints was built in 1806 with funds from local residents. It is consecrated in honor of the Universal teachers and saints Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom.

In the early 20th century, the parish had 2,895 members. The church was served by two priests, a deacon, and two psalmists. Four schools operated under the church: three zemstvo schools and one parish school. The church owned 69 desyatins of land. After the war, the bell tower and side chapels were destroyed as a result of military actions.

During the war, the church building housed a Soviet hospital. The Germans used it differently: they kept captured soldiers there, and snipers were positioned in the bell tower.

In 2006, with the blessing of Archbishop John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, the construction of the bell tower (architect L.A. Kolesnikova) and the restoration of the church began. The work was funded by donations from local residents, with significant contributions from the company LLC 'Spetsstroy'. Charitable assistance was provided by Zotov Vladimir Fedorovich and Muslimov Ali Agadzhievich.

After the restoration was completed, on February 12, 2008, the church was consecrated by Archbishop John. A two-tiered carved iconostasis with ten kiots was installed in the church. The church is recognized as a monument of architecture.
