The Trinity Church in the village of Stanovo was built in the mid-19th century. During the Soviet period, it suffered devastation, but was restored in the late 1990s.

The stone Trinity Church was constructed in 1855 with funds from landowner Ivan Amosov, who was a significant landowner in the last century. This family included Major General N.A. Amosov (1787-1868), known for inventing the Amosov stoves used for heating many churches.

With the arrival of Soviet power, the church was devastated and closed in 1949. In the early 1960s, partially destroyed, it was used as a warehouse.

In the late 20th century, the church was transferred to the Russian Orthodox Church. From 1990 to 1999, restoration work was carried out at the Trinity Church.

On September 12, 1999, Archbishop John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol consecrated the Holy Trinity Church.
