The Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in the village of Belomestno was built in the early 19th century and restored in 2008-2009. It was originally erected in 1807 with funds from local residents. In 1890, thanks to the initiative of the parishioners, two chapels were added: the streets Kutok and Vyntorovka built a chapel in honor of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God, while Nizovka and Golovka built one in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. During services, each street occupied its own chapel.

After the revolution, the church continued to function and survived the German occupation, but in 1958 it was closed and used as a grain storage facility. For a long time, the building was in a state of disrepair and was not used for its intended purpose.

Since the early 1990s, the church was returned to the believers. In August 2008, its restoration began, and on December 4, 2009, the restored church was consecrated by Archbishop Ioann of Belgorod and Stary Oskol.
