The Trinity Church of the Life-Giving in Belgorod is located near the settlement where the first Belgorod was established in the 16th century.

Belgorod was founded on the site of the Severskoye settlement, related to the Romenskaya culture, which was located on a chalk hill at the confluence of the Vezelitsa River into the Seversky Donets in the 10th century.

In 1992, the cornerstone of the Holy Trinity Church was consecrated. In 2003, the central dome was installed on the church. This small brick church has one dome and a gable roof, built according to the design of architect V.A. Turchenko.
