Фото 1
The brotherhood building is an elongated two-story brick structure where the novices reside. The name of the building has been preserved since the time when the monastery was male. Inside the building is a chapel where services were held and relics were kept before the construction of the church.

Before the revolution, the monastery housed: the Cathedral of St. Nicholas with five domes and five chapels dedicated to St. Nicholas, the Icon of the Mother of God "Intercessor of Sinners", the Icon of the Mother of God "Relieve My Sorrows", the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, and the Icon of the Mother of God "Sign" with a bell tower built in 1707. In 1898, a large bell weighing 368 poods was installed. The abbot's house was a two-story building with columns, constructed between 1825 and 1860. The brotherhood building, erected in 1856, contained a church in honor of Saints Peter, Jonah, and Alexis. The gate church was dedicated to St. John the Warrior with a chapel of St. Sergius of Radonezh. There was also a two-story hotel with columns that accommodated up to 40 furnished rooms, built in 1890. The monastery was surrounded by two brick fences: an inner one 1200 meters long and an outer one stretching 17 kilometers. Before the monastery's closure, there were about 90 brick buildings.

Currently, two ancient structures have been preserved in the monastery: the abbot's building and the brotherhood building. The brotherhood building houses an active church in the name of the Three Hierarchs Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom, a sacristy, a dining room, and cells.
