The Peter and Paul Church was founded and consecrated in 1780, but soon burned down due to a lightning strike. Throughout its history, it was restored three times: in 1780 it was completely destroyed by fire, from 1843 to 1846 only the ruined foundation with a basement remained, and in 1997 the church was restored in the building of the former household services combine, where it is located now.

In 1843, the construction of a new church began with funds from local residents. The first priest was Nikolai Mukhin, and from 1844 to 1845, Stefan Popov served. By 1846, a new wooden church was built on a stone foundation with an altar in honor of Saints Peter and Paul. The construction lasted about three years, and the priest became Alexei Ivanovich Vavilov. In 1860, Vasily Grigoryevich Burov served, and in 1897, Veniamin Korniliev. The church belonged to the parish of priest Nikolai Durygin of the Omsk diocese, in the city of Tyukalinsk.

In the 1920s, with the advent of Soviet power, services ceased, and the church building was first used as a village club, then during the war, as a children's home from Leningrad, and later as a warehouse. In 1936, it was decided to demolish the church, but due to difficulties with the destruction, it was blown up. The upper part was destroyed, and the lower part sank into the ground. According to legend, before the explosion, the church sank underground by a meter, and the basement rooms remained intact, earning the name "Underground Church." Until 1960, the priest here was Pyotr Vasilyev.

In the 1980s, the church was finally dismantled. Now, near its remains, a memorial cross with an icon of Saints Peter and Paul and the dates of the church's existence from 1780 to 1936 has been erected. The ruins have become a landmark of the village.

In 1997, the church was restored in the village, and the village administration allocated the building of the former household services combine for it. On the day of the celebration of Peter and Paul, the church was consecrated by Metropolitan Theodosius of Omsk and Tara. Among the church's relics are: icons of Saint healer Panteleimon, a myrrh-streaming icon of the Mother of God of Graceful Heaven, which has been exuding myrrh since 1995, and healing springs in honor of the Holy Trinity, icons of the Mother of God of Pochaev and healer Panteleimon.
