The building of the Church of Peter and Paul is located in the village of Nёbdino in the Kortkerossky District of the Republic of Komi, Russia. The village is situated on a high right bank of the Vychegda River, not far from where the Nёb'yu River flows into it. Founded in the early 17th century, it was known for fairs that attracted merchants from all around. Today, Nёbdino is famous as the birthplace of Viktor Savin, a well-known political figure and writer, in honor of whom a monument has been erected and a museum opened.

The church dedicated to the apostles Peter and Paul was built in 1785. This large wooden structure, clad in larch, has survived to this day. It is located in the eastern elevated part of the village, near the former stone Church of the Transfiguration. Both buildings have not been transferred to the Orthodox Church and are used for other purposes. Together, they form a temple complex that is a monument of church architecture.
