The Church of Peter and Paul in Neklyudovo serves as a dependency of the Holkov Trinity Men's Monastery. In 2008, a well was dug and consecrated near the church fence in honor of the Pochaev Icon of the Mother of God.

The church, which has altars in honor of the Nativity of the Mother of God (on the left) and St. Mitrophan of Voronezh (on the right), was built with funds from local residents and consecrated in 1870. By 1907, the parish had 1,230 permanent parishioners, and two zemstvo schools were also operating. With the advent of Soviet power, the church was desecrated and closed, and its building remained in a semi-ruined state for a long time. The reconstruction of the church was completed in 2005.

On January 28, 2006, Archbishop (now Metropolitan) John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol consecrated the Church of Saints Peter and Paul. In 2008, a well was dug and consecrated near the church fence in honor of the Pochaev Icon of the Mother of God.
