In the 17th century, the "Cadastral and Boundary Book of the City of Oboyan and its Settlements and Land Holdings in the Zalessk, Salotinsk, and Rudovsk Districts for the Year 1684" mentions the village of Troitskoye. The village had a church in the name of the Life-Giving Trinity and an altar of the Archangel Michael. The estates were located by the river Gosterema, where nobles and "children of the boyars" from Oboyan lived: Avtomon Grigoryevich Bobanikov, Fyodor Ignatovich Monuylov with associates such as Filip Ustinovich Bryantsev, Savin Vasilyevich Ozerov, and others. The village of Troitskoye was part of the Rudovets District of the Oboyan County.

In the 18th century, as a result of Peter's reforms, the "children of the boyars" were transferred to the estate of "one-dweller".

In the 19th century, the "List of Settlements" indicated that the village of Troitskoye, located by the river Gostemar, was on the left side of the postal road from Oboyan to Korochu and was part of the Bobryshevsk volost of the 1st district of the Oboyan County in the Kursk province. The village was state-owned and had an Orthodox church and three brick factories.
