The Church of the Holy Trinity was located in the center of Spiridonova Buda, on an elevation near a pond. Its construction was completed in 1753 at the initiative of landowner I. Shiray, and it was completely rebuilt in 1860. During the Soviet period, the upper tier of the building and the bell tower were dismantled. The church was built from logs without waste and clad in planks, while the base was made of brick.

This wooden church, characteristic of Bryansk in the mid-19th century, featured a complex cross-shaped composition that harkened back to older examples. Above the central part with a wide pentagonal altar, rectangular side arms, and an elongated refectory rose an unusual, greatly elongated octagon along the transverse axis, which has not survived. The composition was complemented by slightly lowered square extensions at the corners of the cross and the preserved lower tier of the bell tower adjacent to the refectory. The facades were modestly decorated: thin applied pilasters at the corners, simple cornices, and framed window surrounds. The interior space of the church is a unified whole, with the central part standing out, stretched in width and having a greater height, with four supports in the corners and an octagonal coffered ceiling.
