The Church of the Holy Trinity is located in the center of the village of Pozytkeros and is clearly visible from the Korkeros-Namsk road. The building was constructed between 1889 and 1898. It is a two-story brick church with a refectory and a multi-tiered bell tower. In the 1930s, the church was closed, and it is currently not in use. The building is in a state of emergency, with partially collapsed ceilings and vaults. There are signs on the walls warning of the danger of entry due to the risk of collapse. The church was built according to a design that was slightly modified compared to the Veslyanskaya Nikolskaya church.
