Lobanovo, a former village located on the eastern outskirts of the settlement of Komarichi, has been part of it since 1957. It is first mentioned in the early 17th century as a village in the Radogoshsky district of the Komaritskaya parish. In 1706, Lobanovo became a village, and in the 18th-19th centuries, it belonged to the Golitsyn family. During this period, a stone Trinity church was built in 1805, replacing the previous wooden church, but it was destroyed in 1943. In 1900, a church parish school opened in the village.
