The church was built in 1856 by staff captain Nikolai Lvovich Iz'yedinov. This stone building with a bell tower, covered with iron, has three altars: the Holy Trinity, Saint Archangel Michael, and Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.

Despite the difficult times of the Soviet era, this church remains one of the most beautiful in the countryside.

Located on a picturesque hill near a forest, it is a living symbol of Russian life, deeply rooted in Orthodox faith and good traditions.

According to church customs, candles are lit here on Sundays and on festive days of the Orthodox calendar. Services are conducted by the rector Father Vyacheslav (Veretennikov) along with his steadfast assistant, Father Luka the monk. Father Luka, who is over 80, is also known in the Ilyinsky Church of Kursk, where he serves evening services on Saturdays. Many townspeople come to Sunday services in Lebyazhye to pray with him in the Holy Trinity Church.

Restoration work on the church continues, but thanks to the parishioners and guests, known for their prayers for the health of the church, it does not cease. Here, both young and elderly believers gratefully receive Holy Communion, strengthening the eternal laws of the Russian faith, based on love and gratitude to God. Such prayer, as is known, can perform miracles, and Father Vyacheslav along with Father Luka are their unwavering guides on this path.
