The Holy Trinity Church is located in the center of the village of Komarichi. Its construction began in 1994 with the blessing of Archbishop Melchizedek of Bryansk and Sevsk. A building previously used as a house of culture was allocated for the church. The construction was completed almost twenty years later, in 2013, and since then, Divine Liturgies have been held regularly in the church.

The church is a single-altar church without a refectory and bell tower. It is topped with five domes and consists of a two-light cubic main part, a seven-sided apse, and a narthex with an arched ceiling.
