In 1947, a prayer house was established in the settlement. In 1999, the building, previously belonging to the rural administration, was transferred for the establishment of the church. The first Divine Liturgy in the church took place on September 11, 1999. In 2003, a bell tower was built over the dining area and the added narthex, and in 2005, a dome was erected. The consecration of the newly built church took place on August 31, 2014.
