St. George the Victorious Church in Bolshoye Shumakovo

Фото 1
The stone church with one altar and five domes, featuring a two-tiered bell tower, was built on the site of an old wooden church and completed in 1879. It was closed in the 1930s and later destroyed.

In 1998, a new wooden church was laid, but its construction only began in 2012 with funds from parishioners. The church is built using the "in oblo" log construction technique on a brick foundation. It includes the main volume with an onion dome under a multi-pitched roof, a five-sided apse, a refectory, side projections, a narthex, and a bell tower.
