The brick church, designed by architect G. F. Senchuk, is a three-apsidal single-domed building with vertical proportions in the "Russian style." It was originally planned to be consecrated as a Trinity church, but in the 2010s it was named Dmitrovskaya. Currently, the church is still under construction, but services are held regularly. Here, all-night vigils, Divine Liturgies, molebens, parastas, panikhidas, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other church rituals and Sacraments take place. As of early 2019, the church was very cold, as it is not heated due to a boiler breakdown.
