The community was registered in 2000 at the request of the residents of the village of Dyakonovo in the Oktyabrsky district. In February of the same year, the community was given the building of the company "Rusiya" with an area of 515 sq. m, which was on the balance sheet of the Dyakonovsky village council, to arrange a church on Parkovaya Street. In April 2000, the Easter service was held for the first time. From 2000 to 2004, the building was reconstructed into the temple of the Prophet of God Elijah: a central dome and bell tower were built, and bells were purchased. In 2005, the installation of the iconostasis was completed, and gasification of the church house and church was carried out. In 2008, a fence was installed around the church territory. In 2009, the dome and the narthex of the church were painted, windows were replaced with plastic ones, floor tiles were laid in the narthex, and the dome was covered with siding. In 2010, the church was covered with siding and decorative stone on the outside. In 2013, a major repair of the dome was carried out.
