The church dedicated to St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, was built in 1992 on the grounds of the city cemetery at Konchalovsky Hills. It is equipped with modern church utensils, new books, and icons. Previously, there were no church buildings at this site. It was anticipated that the new structure, which resembles a chapel in size and architecture, would primarily be used for funerals, memorial services, and prayers at the cemetery.

In the spring of 1992, Archbishop Clement of Kaluga and Borovsk blessed the temporary holding of the Divine Liturgy in this church on the unblessed altar. The first liturgy took place in May 1992. In the summer of 1994, also by the blessing of Archbishop Clement, the construction of a large chapel in honor of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos began.

A significant event for the parish was the completion of the new church in two years. On December 1, 1996, the church was consecrated by Archbishop Clement of Kaluga and Borovsk. Currently, all services are held in the new chapel dedicated to the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos.
