The St. Nicholas Church in the village of Slonovka is a dependency of the Holy Trinity Holkov Monastery and an architectural monument.

The three-altar church, built in 1775, is designed as an octagon on a square base with side chapels and a rectangular altar topped with a dome. A two-tiered bell tower with a spire is attached to the refectory.

In 1908, the parish of the Nicholas Church had 2,275 parishioners, and there were also a one-class ministerial school and a church-parish school operating.

In 1985, an internal restoration was carried out in the church, and iconostases were installed in the chapels.
